Exchange, Store Credit or Repair

Sarah Lyn Lingerie & Fashion Boutique upholds the NT Consumer Affairs policy where changing your mind does not warrant a store credit or exchange. However, if the item is faulty, customers can ask for a store credit, exchange, or repair. Each case will be evaluated individually, taking factors such as misuse or failure to adhere to provided washing instructions into consideration. For health and hygiene reasons, returns of lingerie items such as briefs, bras, bodysuits, or shapewear are not accepted by Sarah Lyn. Customers are eligible for a credit, exchange or repair under the following circumstances:

• Identification of a manufacturing defect in a recently purchased item.
• Return of an unworn gift accompanied by the signed and dated receipt.
• Discrepancy noted between the item received and the advertised sample or description.

It is important to keep proof of purchase, such as the receipt, for all transactions and for a recent purchase.
