What if I purchase something and then change my mind?

Sarah Lyn observes the consumer laws that are in place in the Northern Territory. We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Can I purchase online?

We made a conscious decision not to sell online because so much of what we do only works face to face. Our trained fitters can look at you, listen to what you need, and find something that genuinely fits your body and your life. That’s not something a size chart can do. Come and see us at Millner Plaza, walk-ins welcome anytime.

What is your exchange policy?

Apart from you wanting to look your very best, we encourage you to come into the store for a fitting by one of our trained fitters. For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange lingerie. We do however exchange if it was a gift and not the correct size. It must be returned with the tags on and been unworn. We do not refund purchases.

Do you offer a Lay-by service?

The conditions of purchasing a product by lay-by is a 20% deposit and you have eight weeks to pay for it. We do not exchange or refund, so please choose carefully as cancellations will mean any monies paid will be forfeited.

Do you have recommendations for the first bra of a young woman?

Buying a young woman’s first bra is exciting – your little girl is growing up! We have experienced staff who will navigate this milestone with sensitivity and care. Our staff will advise on styles to support her lifestyle and correctly fit her to give her bust support.

The most common first bra styles are wirefree soft cups, crop tops and bralettes, sizes start from 8B.

I'm having a baby, when is the best time to get fitted for a maternity bra?

When you know you’re pregnant and your bust is starting to change, we recommend wearing a wirefree so the bra doesn’t affect your milk ducts.

Come and see us about two to three weeks before your baby is due and we can fit you with the right nursing bra.

I’ve just had breast surgery, how can you help me?

Sarah Lyn staff have been trained in post-surgery fitting and can ensure you are fitted with the right bra to meet your post-surgery needs.

I’ve got a function coming up, what have you got in stock?

Sarah Lyn has a range of ball gowns, evening and cocktail wear. We also cater for mother of the bride and all formal occasions.

We have limited stock and our staff aim to ensure no two customers attending the same event are wearing the same outfit. Just let us know the function you’re attending and what you desire.

We also stock undergarments to make you look your best, such as shapewear, hosiery and accessories. Add style and bling with our fabulous range of jewellery.
